Lily Lavorato is an artist currently based in Glasgow. Working across sculpture, drawing and writing, their often wounded forms point to ruptures in bodies and landscapes to explore moments of transition, vulnerability and gestures of care.
They have exhibited in group exhibitions at Haarlem Art Space (Wirksworth), Two Queens Studio (Leicester), SERF (Leeds) and Eastside Projects (Birmingham) and their writing has been published with Pink Trolley Press (London). Alongside their practice, Lily is as a facilitator and access worker with a focus on supporting ill/disabled communities and artists.
